Returns and Refunds
Nous espérons que vous serez satisfait de votre achat. Cependant, si pour une raison quelconque vous n'êtes pas satisfait, vous pouvez retourner votre article dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la réception de votre commande.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at info@lesberceusesdelaine.ca to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

Include a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number.
Repayment Period

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your initial purchase.
Exceptions

Some items, such as custom orders, are not eligible for returns and refunds. We will inform you of these exceptions at the time of your purchase.
